Brave Festival is fast approaching. This year`s edition will be held under the mysterious title -"Visible/Invisible". The organizers want to discuss various problems of the modern society. That is why they have invited artists who will tell the audience about marginalization and exclusion of certain social groups due to social, political or economic reasons.
This year the face of the festival is a young monk from the Thimphu monastery in Bhutan. A globally invisible group of Buddhist monks is the best visible part of society in this region It is so mainly because practically every family sends at least one of its sons at the age of 6 for a ten-year educational cycle. Young men learn there to read Buddhist books and get acquainted with the arcana of painting, goldsmithing, as well as learn national dances or English.
